Costa Rica Tennis Vacation

This vacation is a coordinated group tennis trip available to anyone (all levels of tennis players welcome). Spend seven nights in beautiful Luxury Villas near Tamarindo in the Guanacaste Region of Costa Rica. Breakfast and dinner is prepared at the villa by our private Costa Rican chef. Daily morning tennis drills and play are held with the local tennis pro and the owner of our villas.

You are responsible for booking your own air to Liberia International Airport (LIR) and contacting us with your flight information.
Transfers to/from the resort:
There will be two shuttles available for pick up and return based on flight times and they will be coordinated by ACE and the villa owners.
Payment Info
The payment information listed below is based on double occupancy and is a PER PERSON price.
DEPOSIT for this vacation is due upon sign up and you will receive an email from ACE Travel Pros LLC regarding your payments. The amounts due are as follows:

The deposit due is $700 per person.
FINAL PAYMENT is due by ????, 2027. Payment will be directly to ACE Travel Pros LLC. ACE will email everyone for this payment about a week before to let you know payment is coming up.
Cancellation Policies
If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, you need to buy Travel Insurance. Contact Jo or CLICK HERE to get a quote.

If you do cancel, you cannot get your deposit back, however, with the following exception: You can find someone to replace your spot and all money can be transferred over to them, except for the $100 cancellation fee that is collected by ACE from your deposit.
There is a $100 cancellation fee from ACE Travel Pros LLC for any cancellations. Listed below are the terms if you do not find a replacement:

Up to 91 days prior to arrival: Your deposit is non-refundable.

From 90 Days to 61 Days prior to arrival: Your deposit plus 25% charge of Subtotal accommodation.

From 60 Days to 46 Days prior to arrival: Your deposit plus 50% charge of Subtotal accommodation.

From 45 Days to 0 Days prior to arrival: 100% non-refundable.
You can purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your "cancel for any reason". This 'CFAR' option must be purchased before 14 days after deposit is made. A link can also be provided via email for you to choose an insurance option for this once you sign up or you can click the link highlighted above to view some options.
Accommodations
All of the rooms are ensuite rooms and have a king bed, which can be made into 2 singles if needed. Big closets and toiletries are provided.
Daily Activities

Drills and play every morning with our pros for pickleball on our dedicated courts from 8:30-11:30am. Signs will be posted for our courts. Courts are open play after that.

There are 10 pickleball courts and 6 tennis courts and they are available for play any other time of the day. You just check in at the hut and let them know. Equipment is available for your use. We will be coordinating with the local pros to make your experience the best!

There may be some mini tournaments in the afternoon that we can participate in with our pro and other players at the resort. Or we can just set up our own play based on participation.

There are many other land and water sports that we can participate in as a group, so get ready to have some fun!

The all-inclusive resort provides all your food and drinks (both alcoholic and non), lots of land sports, including tennis and pickleball, fitness room, beach side yoga, archery, trapeze, all non-motorized water sports, daily snorkel trip, themed-night entertainment and so much more!

There are 2 restaurants and 3 bars, plus an exclusive wine bar (at extra cost).

If you have specific food requirements, please let us know in advance and we can update the kitchen chef; e.g. vegan, gluten free, allergies, etc. You can also meet with the chef while there and they can assist you on site.

USB ports are provided in all rooms. Plugs are the same as in the U.S.

Laundry services are available at an additional cost and prices are very reasonable. Irons and boards are included in the room.

Free basic WIFI is available around the resort and premium WIFI available for an additional price payable at the resort.

The Resort has a resident nurse and infirmary.

Fans are available upon request if one is needed.
Group Coordinator
Jo Johnson is the owner of ACE Travel Pros LLC. Jo serves as the Coordinator and Travel Agent for your vacation. Jo provides service for your vacation questions and bookings along with coordinating all aspects of travel for the group and working with the local GO's to make sure we provide the best experience for you!
Jo also coordinates other group activities, lunches, dinners, wine, tequila, or rum tastings (extra cost) and extra off-site EXCURSIONS if you would like to explore more!
