Join us at this newly redesigned active resort! All-inclusive, so all drinks and food included along with many of their activities. Play pickleball, tennis, mini golf and driving range, relax on the beautiful tree-line beach, paddle board or sail right off the beach, ride the giant water slide, do yoga, fly on the flying trapeze at their circus center, or participate in many of the other activities at this beautiful resort. All activities come with an instructor that is included in the vacation, in case you want to learn something new!!

Activities at additional cost are:
Dive packages, hydrofoil, snorkel trips, sunset sails, plus many more excursions.

Just 10 minutes from the Punta Cana Airport in the Dominican Republic. Also enjoy organized group dinners, group activities, and lots of fun in the sun. This resort also offers an adults only Zen area with it's own pool, bar with snacks, and beach area which we can use. The main resort offers 3 restaurants, 4 bars, a coffee bar, wine bar (extra cost), and a huge pool for all ages. The white sand beach is palm tree lined with a beach bar, BBQ days right on the beach, bocce ball and beach volleyball!

All dive activities are being coordinated and will be sent to everyone that signs up.

Price for the week stay:

TOTAL STAY COST - SUPERIOR FAMILY RENOVATED ROOM: $1,684 PER PERSON

(not including air from your origin)

$1,624 for your room and $60 Club Med membership fee.

PLEASE NOTE:

This price does NOT include air. You are responsible for booking your own air to Punta Cana International Airport. You will get your own taxi from the airport ground transportation.

Payment Info

The payment information listed below is based on double occupancy and is a PER PERSON price.

DEPOSIT for this vacation is due upon sign up and you will pay Donna for the deposit she made on behalf of the group.

Family Superior Renovated Rooms the deposit is $229 per person including the Club Med fee.

SECOND PAYMENT to Club Med is due by July 15, 2026. Payment will be directly to Club Med via their secure online payment form. ACE Travel Pros will email everyone for this payment about a week before to let you know payment is coming up and you can pay the balance due or the total of your remaining balance if you would like.

For the Family Superior Renovated Rooms the payment is $613 per person.

FINAL PAYMENT to Club Med is due by September 15, 2026. The same payment form directly to Club Med will be used. Your full balance along with any other extras will be due at this time.

For the Family Superior Renovated Rooms the final payment is $842 per person.

Cancellation Policies

The Club Med resort fee of $60 is NON REFUNDABLE.
If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, you need to buy Travel Insurance. Contact Jo or CLICK HERE to get a quote.
If you make a deposit and cancel before 120 days out, you can get your deposit back. You can also find someone to replace your spot and all money can be transferred over to them.
There is a $100 cancellation fee from ACE Travel Pros LLC for any cancellations after the following: From Contract signature and up to 91 days prior to arrival: no penalties, membership fees non-refundable

From 90 Days to 61 Days prior to arrival: 25% charge of Sub-Total Accommodation, membership fees are non-refundable.
From 60 Days to 46 Days prior to arrival: 50% charge of Sub-Total Accommodation, membership fees are non-refundable.
From 45 Days to 0 Days prior to arrival: 100% non-refundable, membership fees are non-refundable.

If you think you might need to cancel, you should purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your "cancel for any reason". This 'CFAR' option must be purchased before 14 days after deposit is made.

Accommodations

The rooms are Superior Family Renovated Rooms. The main room has a king bed, that can be made into two twins if you want. One bathroom and a separate area that has two twin beds with the ability to close that off (made for families!) There is also either a balcony or patio depending on which floor you are on.
The Zen Oasis adults only area has its own pool, bar, and snack bar and all adults can access this area if you don't want to go to the main pool.
Rooms also have included all your basics including shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, and an iron.
Plugs are the same as in the U.S.

Resort Amenities

The all-inclusive resort provides all your food and drinks (both alcoholic and non), lots of land and water sports and also themed-night entertainment and so much more!
There are 3 restaurants and 4 bars, plus an exclusive wine bar (at extra cost).
If you have specific food requirements, please let us know in advance and we can update the kitchen chef; e.g. vegan, gluten free, allergies, etc.
Extra off-site excursions can be booked at the resort in the excursion office in the main lobby.

Other Resort Info

USB ports are provided in all rooms. Plugs are the same as in the U.S.
Laundry services are available at an additional cost and prices are very reasonable. Irons and boards are included in the room.
Free basic WIFI is available around the resort and premium WIFI available for an additional price payable at the resort.
The Resort has a resident nurse and infirmary.
