Tennis Vacation Group Package
-
7 nights accommodations at The Pura Vida House (6bd/6ba villa)
-
2 private round trip airport transfers (Liberia International Airport) - we need to coordinate flights so we arrive and depart about the same time since there is only one shuttle each way. FYI, the shuttle stops at the local market on the way to the villa to get drinks and snacks you would like for the week. Masks are required in the store.
-
2 meals per day by a private chef at the villa (breakfast/dinner) - the villa owner's mother is the chef. She went to culinary school and is restaurant experienced. It is all authentic Costa Rican style food so if anyone has diet restrictions/allergies, you need to let me know ASAP so I can fill them in. They give us a lot of food, fresh fruit, juices, etc. and we usually keep the leftovers so people can snack on those for lunch if you are around, etc.
-
2 hours of tennis drills each morning with 2 pros - We usually drill from 8-10am each morning because of the heat. If you want to start earlier, we can, we just need to decide as a group. We can also go to the courts any time and if they are open, then just play. They do take reservations for court time, but then it costs $15 per hour. You can also play pickleball on the courts if you want. There is some pickleball equipment at the villa if needed; nets are at the tennis courts.
-
Golf carts for use within the resort (3 - four person carts) and parked in our garage. So each day we will need to coordinate who is going in what cart to get around, or 2 people can ride the bikes if you want. We have also added to additional bike rentals so we will have 4 bikes for the week.
-
Free daily access to the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club (2 bars, 1 restaurant, 160 ft oceanfront infinity pool, spa, gym, surfing). The restaurant has a great menu with beers on tap, great wine and cocktails also. There is a happy hour each night at the beach bar.
-
Access to the JW Marriott Guanacaste (8 restaurants/bars) access to the pools and beach also. FYI, the bars and the restaurants are expensive here. They also have more party life than the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club. This beach area is great for snorkeling.
-
Concierge services (to coordinate any transportation, TOURS , activities, trips to the market, a trip to Tamarindo town). Our concierges are the owners of the villa, Mani and Sindy. They can arrange just about anything we want to do. They are very knowledgeable about Costa Rica and the entire area we are staying in. Tours are listed on their website (see the link above) so if there is something you have in mind, let me know. Tours would be with our group only and most have a 4 person minimum.
Extras:
-
Private access to 3 beaches (Avellanas, Mansita, Langosta) - Langosta is where you can get a massage on the beach. Avellanas is where the surfers mostly are as there is a great surf break there (Little Hawaii). Also, Lola's beach bar and restaurant is on that beach and has a great outdoor atmosphere that we can walk to one or two days for lunch.
-
2 Spas (Beach Club & JW Marriott)
-
Daily Housekeeping - beds made, dishes are done after each provided meal, main areas also cleaned.
-
Laundry service - only on Wednesday. They give us baskets for each room to keep track.
-
High Speed Wi-Fi
-
50% discounted golf green fees - They can get us great rates on 9 or 18 holes. They do have rental clubs that will cost extra. There is also an outdoor restaurant at the golf club where you can sit on the patio and have a Michelada and lunch!
-
Daily Costa Rican coffee, fresh fruit/juices - these are already in our kitchen along with a water purifier jug that is always kept full in each kitchen
-
Equestrian center - extra cost to ride but can be booked
-
Mini Market - this is inside the Hacienda Pinilla and is very basic stuff but they do have beer and wine etc. available if you don't want to do the trip to Tamarindo market. It's also more expensive, that's why we try to get drinks, etc. ahead of time with the shuttle stop.
-
2 mountain bikes w/ access to 20+ miles of ocean view trails - these are parked in our garage so we have access to use them at any time.
