PLEASE NOTE:

This price does NOT include air. You are responsible for booking your own air to Zihuantanejo International Airport and contacting us with your flight information. You can fly directly to Zihuantanejo from - Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Minneapolis, or Chicago.

• ​Your deposit for this vacation is due upon sign up and the amount is $198.60 plus $100 deposit for the tennis fee, so $298.60 total will be due on signup.  The $60 Club Med resort fee is NON REFUNDABLE.  You will receive an email from ACE Travel Pros, LLC regarding payment for your tennis fee. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, you need to buy Travel Insurance. Contact Jo or CLICK HERE to get a quote.

• A second payment of $693.00 to Club Med is due by November 1, 2024. Payment will be directly to Club Med via their secure online payment form. I will email everyone for this payment about a week before to let you know payment is coming up and you can pay the balance due or the total of your remaining balance if you would like. 

• The tennis fee payment to ACE Travel Pros, LLC: the  balance of $450 is due by October 1, 2024.  If you have provided your USTA number at sign up, you will only owe $425 (which includes your $25 off).With late sign ups, all fees are due upon registration. An email from ACE Travel Pros, LLC will be sent to you regarding this payment.

• A final payment of $554.40 + $50 for transfers, $604.40 total to Club Med is due December 30, 2024. The same payment form directly to Club Med will be used. Your full balance along with any other extras will be due at this time.

• If you make a deposit and cancel before 120 days out, you can get your deposit back; however, there is a $100 cancellation fee.  No refunds after 120 days out from the vacation.  If you think you might need to cancel after that, you should purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your "cancel for any reason".  This option must be purchased before 21 days after deposit is made. A link will be provided via email for you to choose an option for this once you sign up or you can click the link highlighted above to view the options.

• All our rooms are located in the same area.  The rooms are Superior Beach Side rooms, double occupancy located close to the beach.  No single occupancy.

• Rooms also have included all your basics including shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, and an iron.

• Plugs are the same as in the U.S.
