Join us for a fun group, active pickleball vacation where we will have daily group lessons with our instructors on our reserved courts each morning. Then play on any of the 8 courts at any time and also enjoy afternoon play! Or just relax on the pristine white-sand, tree-lined beach overlooking the breathtaking turquoise waters of the Caribbean! This resort has been totally refurbished; all 3 restaurants, 2 of them are brand new, 2 new bars, and all the rooms have been updated.

This pickleball vacation is a coordinated group trip available for all adult levels of players. This trip includes all-inclusive amenities, a group coordinator for the entire vacation, plus certified pickleball instructors who provide group drills and play each morning. This resort has 8 pickleball courts for our enjoyment and 4 of them are reserved for our group every morning from 8:30am-11:30am.

The price for the week will depend on which room category you choose.

TOTAL STAY COST - ZEN OASIS SUITE: $3,309 PER PERSON

This price does NOT include air. You are responsible for booking your own air to Punta Cana International Airport and contacting us with your flight information.

Payment Info

The payment information listed below is based on double occupancy and is a PER PERSON price.

DEPOSIT for this vacation is due upon sign up and you will receive an email from ACE Travel Pros LLC regarding your payments. The amounts due are as follows:

For the Zen Oasis Rooms the payment is $337.90 including the Club Med fee plus the $400 for the group service fee, so $737.90 total will be due on signup.
For the Family Superior Rooms the payment is $239.20 including the Club Med fee plus the $400 for the group service fee, so $639.20 total will be due on signup.

SECOND PAYMENT to Club Med is due by October 9, 2026. Payment will be directly to Club Med via their secure online payment form. I will email everyone for this payment about a week before to let you know payment is coming up and you can pay the balance due or the total of your remaining balance if you would like.

For the Zen Oasis Rooms the payment is $1,389.50.
For the Family Superior Rooms the payment is $896.00.

FINAL PAYMENT to Club Med is due by December 4, 2026. The same payment form directly to Club Med will be used. Your full balance along with any other extras will be due at this time.

For the Zen Oasis Rooms the payment is $1181.60 including the cost of the transfers.
For the Family Superior Rooms the payment is $786.80 including the cost of the transfers.

Cancellation Policies

The Club Med resort fee of $60 is NON REFUNDABLE.
If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, you need to buy Travel Insurance. Contact Jo or CLICK HERE to get a quote.
If you make a deposit and cancel before 120 days out, you can get your deposit back; however, there is a $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds after 120 days out from the vacation. If you think you might need to cancel after that, you should purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your "cancel for any reason". This CFAR option must be purchased before 14 days after deposit is made.

Accommodations

I have at least 4 Zen Oasis suites in the Adults Only area for all those discerning adults. More can be added if you check NOW! The rest of the rooms are Superior Family Rooms - Renovated that can be either 2 beds or one King. Single occupancy may be available upon request, however the surcharge is high for this time of year; up to 80%.
The Zen Oasis adults only area has its own pool, bar, and snack bar and all adults can access this area if you don't want to go to the main pool. There is also dedicated concierge service for this area.
Rooms also have included all your basics including shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, and an iron.
Plugs are the same as in the U.S.

Daily Activities

Drills and play every morning on our dedicated courts from 8:30-11:30am. Courts are open after that.
There are 8 pickleball courts in the back of the tennis area, which is quite large, and they are available for play any other time of the day, you just check in at the hut and let them know. We will be coordinating with the local pros to make your experience the best!
There are some mini tournaments in the afternoon that we will participate in with our pros and other players at the resort. Or we can just set up our own play based on participation.
There are many other land and water sports that we can participate in as a group, so get ready to have some fun!

Resort Amenities

The all-inclusive resort provides all your food and drinks (both alcoholic and non), lots of land sports, including golf and tennis, fitness room, yoga, archery, trapeze, all non-motorized water sports, themed-night entertainment and so much more!
There are 3 restaurants and 4 bars, plus an exclusive wine bar (at extra cost).
If you have specific food requirements, please let us know in advance and we can update the kitchen chef; e.g. vegan, gluten free, allergies, etc.
Extra off-site excursions can be booked at the resort in the excursion office in the main lobby.

Other Resort Info

USB ports are provided in all rooms. Plugs are the same as in the U.S.
Laundry services are available at an additional cost and prices are very reasonable. Irons and boards are included in the room.
Free basic WIFI is available around the resort and premium WIFI available for an additional price payable at the resort.
The Resort has a resident nurse and infirmary.

Group Coordinator

Jo Johnson is the owner of ACE Travel Pros LLC. Jo serves as the coordinator and travel agent for your vacation. Jo provides service for your vacation questions and bookings along with coordinating all aspects of travel for the group and working with the local GO's to make sure we provide the best experience for you!
