This tennis vacation is a coordinated group tennis trip available to all adult levels of tennis players. This trip includes all-inclusive amenities, a group coordinator for the entire vacation, plus USPTA Tennis Pros provide group drills and play each morning.
PRICE: $1,622 per person (based on double occupancy, airfare from Miami, and transfers are included in this price) - not including the $550 tennis fee per person.

Price
The price for the week for a Double Occupancy Superior Room is $1,622 per person (not including air from your origin, or the tennis fee of $550). No Single Occupancy Rooms are available. Included in the $1,622 price is:

Air from/to Miami International - $398 per person

This price does NOT include air. You are responsible for booking your own air to Miami International and contacting us with your flight information. If you need to arrive Friday and need a place to stay, contact us and we can help with a hotel booking!
The flight to San Salvador Island leaves Miami at 12:00pm on Saturday, January 28th, 2023 and departs the island at 2:30pm on Saturday, February 4th, 2023. Return flights should probably be booked no earlier than 5:00pm from Miami.
Payment Info

Your deposit for this vacation is 10% of accommodation price, $113.40. The $60 Club Med resort fee and the full airfare/transfer for Miami to San Salvador Island of $428 are also both due at sign up and are NON REFUNDABLE. You will receive an email from us regarding payment directly for your deposits. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, you need to buy Travel Insurance. A second payment to Club Med is due by October 28, 2022. Payment will be directly to Club Med via their secure online payment form. I will email everyone for this payment about a week before to let you know payment is coming up and you can pay the balance due or the 50% of your remaining balance.

The tennis fee payment to ACE Travel Pros: $100 deposit at sign up which is also NON REFUNDABLE, and the balance of $450 is due by October 1, 2022. With late sign ups, all fees are due upon registration. An email from ACE Travel Pros dba ICB Consulting, Inc. will be sent to you regarding this payment.

A final payment to Club Med is due December 26, 2022. The same payment form directly to Club Med will be used. Your full balance along with any other extras will be due at this time.
Cancellation Policies

If you make a deposit and cancel before 120 days out, you can get your deposit back; however, there is a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds after 120 days out from the vacation. If you think you might need to cancel after that, you should purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your "cancel for any reason". This option must be purchased before 21 days after deposit is made. A link will be provided via email for you to choose an option for this once you sign up or you can click the link highlighted above to view the options.

In case of COVID cancellations (hopefully this will no longer be a problem), Club Med will work with us to determine a new date for the entire group. No refunds will be given, only vouchers for a new date. There are current provisions for COVID policies in place now, but they may change before our travel dates.
Accommodations

All our rooms are located in the area near the tennis courts, but not guaranteed. The rooms are Superior double occupancy rooms located close to the beach, the main pool area, and the main bar and restaurant.

Rooms also have included all your basics including shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer.

Daily Tennis

Play tennis Sunday through Friday of our vacation which includes FUN group drills on reserved courts with our USPTA tennis pros (and/or an assistant) and group doubles play on the pros’ day off. Please remember, this is vacation tennis and we hope you still take away some fun information too! This is not the same as drills at your local club, so please be prepared for the fun that the tennis pros will bring you, no matter what the numbers!

Also, enjoy afternoon tournaments with the local Club Med pros and other players from all over the world.

The service fee is $550 per person for the week. This fee includes (but not limited to) participation in the tennis program, cost of equipment, rental of the tennis courts, USPTA certified tennis pros to run the programs, on-site coordination of the group, any tips for the on-site staff, and any additional supplies that need to be brought to the resort.

The all-inclusive resort provides all your food and drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, daily tennis tournaments in the afternoon (which we participate in some days), lots of land sports, fitness room, yoga, all non-motorized water sports, beach games, themed-night entertainment and so much more!

There are 2 restaurants and 3 bars, along with an exclusive wine and premium liquor bar (at extra cost).

There is also on on-site spa for those that require a nice beach massage, and an excursion office for day trips to many other activities; such as dive trips, fishing excursions, etc.

The use of tropical mosquito repellents for the skin and clothing is highly recommended. Please use ocean friendly, also with your sunscreen (no OXYBENZONE).

NOTE: If there is still COVID testing required to enter back into the U.S., that will be done on resort and will probably be at extra charge but things could change by January.

Jo and Devin Johnson are the owners of ACE Travel Pros. Jo is the travel agent and serves as the group coordinator for your vacation. Jo provides travel services for your vacation questions along with coordinating travel for the group and working with the tennis pros to make sure we provide the best tennis experience for your VACATION TENNIS!
Jo also coordinates group lunches, dinners, beach tennis, snorkeling or sailing outings, and extra outside excursions if you would like to explore more!
Jo will also keep the group updated on the latest travel protocols to get into the Bahamas and to the resort via email.
