Join us for a fun group, active vacation where we will have group daily lessons with our IPTPA Certified Instructors on our reserved courts each morning. Then play on any of the new 10 courts at any time! Or just relax on one of the 3 beaches at this unique resort. You can snorkel right off the beach, or participate in many of the other activities at this beautiful all-inclusive resort just 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport. This resort has been redesigned to accommodate 10 new pickleball courts and a whole new island fitness area, including mini golf, basketball, archery, yoga, and it's all inclusive!

Price

The price for the week for a Double Occupancy Superior Room is $1,825 per person (not including air). If you want to upgrade your room, just let us know and we can check availability.

Prices include:

Accommodations - $1,400 per person.
Transfers of $65 per person.
The group service fee of $300.
The Club Med membership fee of $60. This membership fee is due with each Club Med vacation and is non refundable no matter when you cancel.

The $300 per person additional service fee is for the coordinating services paid to ACE Travel Pros, LLC. This fee is detailed in this link: SERVICE FEE.
Total vacation cost (not including air) will be $1,825.

PLEASE NOTE:

This price does NOT include air. You are responsible for booking your own air and contacting us with your flight information for coordinating transfers to the resort.

Payment Info

Your DEPOSIT for this vacation includes the following:

$200 - 10% of the accommodation price that includes the $60 Club Med Resort Fee which is NON REFUNDABLE.
$300 service fee - NOTE: $100 of this fee is NON REFUNDABLE. Also, if you cancel inside of 120 days before travel, the full $300 is non refundable.
Total due at signup is $500. You will receive a request for payment from PayPal to ACE Travel Pros LLC .

A SECOND payment to Club Med is due by January 17, 2026 of $700. This payment is done directly to Club Med via their secure online payment form. I will email everyone for this payment about a week before to let you know payment is coming up and you can pay the balance due or the 50% of your remaining balance.

A FINAL payment to Club Med is due March 17, 2026 of $625. This last payment will include your transfers cost. The same payment form directly to Club Med will be used. Your full remaining balance will be due at this time.

Cancellation Policies

If you make a deposit and cancel before 120 days out, you can get your deposit back; however, there is a $100 cancellation fee. Also, the $60 membership fee paid to Club Med is non-refundable. No refunds after 120 days out from the vacation. If you find someone to take your spot, all money can be transferred over to the new person as long as it is inside 30 days of travel, however, there will still be the $100 cancellation fee.

If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, you need to buy TRAVEL INSURANCE. Contact Jo or click the link above to get a quote. I do have other options if you want.

If you want "cancel for any reason" insurance, this option must be purchased before 14 days after deposit is made.

Accommodations

All our superior rooms will be located in the area closest to the pickleball courts in the center of the resort and close to Taco Arte for breakfast by the ocean each morning. They all are Superior double occupancy rooms. There may be options to upgrade if you would like, just contact Jo.

Rooms also have included all your basics including an iron, shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion.

Daily Activities

Play pickleball every morning on our dedicated courts from 8:30-11:30am. Courts are open after that, but if others are waiting to play, they will have priority. Club Med will coordinate that after 11:30am. They now have 10 new pickleball courts!!
There are 10 pickleball courts available for play any other time of the day, you just check in at the hut and let them know. We will be coordinating with the local pros to make your experience the best!
Beach volleyball is also another option that we can arrange in the afternoon!
There are many other land and water sports that we will participate in as a group, so get ready to have some fun!

Resort Amenities

The all-inclusive resort provides all your food and drinks, lots of land sports, fitness room, yoga, archery, trapeze, all non-motorized water sports, themed-night entertainment and so much more!
There are 4 restaurants and 4 bars, plus an exclusive wine bar (at extra cost).
Extra off-site excursions can be booked at the resort; such as a trip to Chichen Itza, swim with sharks, or a day trip to Isla Mujeres.

Other Resort Info

USB ports are provided in all rooms. Plugs are same as in the U.S.
Laundry services are available at an additional cost. Irons and boards are included in the room.
Free basic WIFI is available with premium WIFI available for an additional price payable at the resort.
The Resort has a resident nurse and infirmary.
One of our favorite things about this resort is the Taco Arte restaurant! Sitting on the water with great views for breakfast and happy hour to watch the sunset. This is also where our Meet and Greet will be for the incoming group!

Group Coordinators

Jo Johnson is the owner of ACE Travel Pros LLC. Jo serves as the coordinator and travel agent for your vacation. Jo provides service for your vacation questions and bookings along with coordinating all aspects of travel for the group and working with the local GO's to make sure we provide the best experience for you!

Jo also coordinates other group activities, lunches, dinners, wine, tequila, or rum tastings (extra cost) and extra off-site EXCURSIONS if you would like to explore more!
