Price

The price for the week for a Double Occupancy Superior Room is $1,362 per person (not including air or the service fee of $100). There are only 11 rooms available at this price, so sign up early, first come, first serve.

Transfers are also not included in the price and will be determined closer to the travel date when flight information is received from everyone. People arriving on the same flights will be able to take the same transfers and share the cost.

Prices include accommodations and the Club Med membership fee. This membership fee of $60 is non refundable no matter when you cancel. Club Med provides use of that fee up to one year from your booking date to use at most CM locations.
11 double occupancy rooms are available at the $1,362 rate.
$100 per person additional fee for the coordinating services to ACE Travel Pros. This fee includes (but not limited to) organization of the sports, group dinners and other activities planned for the group plus equipment provided.
Total vacation cost (not including air and transfers will be $1,462.

PLEASE NOTE:

This price does NOT include air. You are responsible for booking your own air and contacting us with your flight information for coordinating transfers to the resort.

Payment Info

Your deposit for this vacation is 10% of the accommodation price of $130.20, plus $60 Club Med resort fee which is NON REFUNDABLE. Total due at signup is $290.20. You will receive an email from us regarding payment directly for your deposits. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, you need to buy TRAVEL INSURANCE. Contact Jo or click the link above to get a quote.

A second payment to Club Med is due by August 25, 2023 of $651.00. Payment will be directly to Club Med via their secure online payment form. I will email everyone for this payment about a week before to let you know payment is coming up and you can pay the balance due or the 50% of your remaining balance.
The service fee payment to ACE Travel Pros: $100 payment at sign up which is NON REFUNDABLE if you cancel inside of 90 days before travel. An email from ACE Travel Pros dba ICB Consulting, Inc. will be sent to you regarding this payment.
A final payment to Club Med is due October 23, 2023 of $520.80. The same payment form directly to Club Med will be used. Your full balance (along with the additional transfers cost TBD) will be due at this time.

Cancellation Policies

If you make a deposit and cancel before 120 days out (July 25, 2023), you can get your deposit back; however, there is a $100 cancellation fee. Also, the $60 membership fee paid to Club Med is non-refundable but is valid for up to 1 year from the group booking date of November 28, 2022 and is good at most North American Club Med locations. No refunds after 120 days out from the vacation.

If you think you might need to cancel after that, you should purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your "cancel for any reason". This option must be purchased before 21 days after deposit is made.

Accommodations

All our rooms will be located in the area closest to the tennis courts in the center of the resort and to Taco Arte for breakfast by the ocean each morning. They all are Superior double occupancy rooms. There may be options to upgrade if you would like, just contact Jo.

Rooms also have included all your basics including an iron, shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion.

Daily Activities

Play organized tennis every morning doing drills by level with the local pros.
There are also 4 brand new pickleball courts available for play with equipment included for both sports. We will be coordinating with the local pros to make your experience the best!
We also do informal drop in tennis early in the morning around 7am if you care to join us!
Pickleball will be organized based on interest levels.
Also enjoy afternoon tournaments with the local pros and other players from all over the world.
Beach tennis or volleyball is also another option that we can arrange in the afternoon!
There are many other land and water sports that we will participate in as a group, so get ready to have some fun!

Resort Amenities

The all-inclusive resort provides all your food and drinks, lots of land sports, fitness room, yoga, archery, trapeze, all non-motorized water sports, themed-night entertainment and so much more!
There are 4 restaurants and 4 bars, plus an exclusive wine bar (at extra cost).
Extra off-site excursions can be booked at the resort; such as a trip to Chichen Itza, swim with sharks, or a day trip to Isla Mujeres.

Other Resort Info

USB ports are provided in all rooms. Plugs are same as in the U.S.
Laundry services are available at an additional cost. Irons are included in the room.
Free basic WIFI is available with premium WIFI available for an additional price payable at the resort.
The Resort has a resident nurse and infirmary.
One of our favorite things about this resort is the Taco Arte restaurant! Sitting on the water with great views for breakfast and happy hour to watch the sunset. This is also where our Meet and Greet will be for the incoming group!

Group Coordinators

Jo and Devin Johnson are the owners of ACE Travel Pros. Jo serves as the coordinator and travel agent for your vacation. Jo provides service for your vacation questions and bookings along with coordinating all aspects of travel for the group and working with the local GO's to make sure we provide the best experience for you!

Jo also coordinates other group activities, lunches, dinners, wine, tequila, or rum tastings (extra cost) and extra off-site EXCURSIONS if you would like to explore more!
